ZD22 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ZD22 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the ZD22 website and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, slots, live casino and any other products offered by ZD22.

By registering an account on ZD22, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ZD22 platform.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional terms and conditions that govern specific promotions, bonuses, or products offered by ZD22 from time to time. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms will take precedence over these general Terms for that specific promotion only.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ZD22, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the platform.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only; corporate entities may not register as players).
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from the ZD22 platform.
• You must not use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful in your place of residence.

ZD22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity or address at any point during your use of the platform. This may include a valid CNIC, utility bill, bank statement or other official document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on ZD22. Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name, a family member's name or any other identity, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are discovered, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. Where a deposit was made from a payment method linked to a different person, the account will be flagged for review.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any other person. ZD22 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the breach occurred due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation , contact ZD22 support immediately. We recommend changing your password regularly and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and throughout your use of ZD22 must be accurate and kept up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number, and payment details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without prior notice.

3.4 Account Currency

All ZD22 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals are all processed in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by ZD22 on PKR transactions.

4. Deposits

ZD22 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your ZD22 account within a few minutes of confirmation, though bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
• ZD22 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• ZD22 reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification before crediting funds.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your gaming balance and used in wagers.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from ZD22 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals must go to an account registered in your own name — ZD22 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.1 Processing Times

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• Raast: Usually completed within the same business day.
• Bank Transfer: Generally 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• Mobile Wallets: Processing times vary; most are same-day for verified accounts.

5.2 Verification Requirements

Before processing a withdrawal, ZD22 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC and proof of your payment method. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. This process is in place to protect all players from fraud and unauthorised account access.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method. VIP players benefit from enhanced withdrawal limits. The applicable limits for your account tier are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ZD22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the specific promotion terms at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance. Real-money funds are used first in wagers unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, IP address or payment method is permitted.
• ZD22 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or if the bonus was claimed in error.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to accounts other than the one for which the bonus was issued.
• Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may be excluded from certain promotions at ZD22's discretion.

7. Betting Rules

ZD22 offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and Test matches), football, esports and a range of other sports. The following rules apply to all betting activity on the platform:

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by ZD22. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmed bet reference number. ZD22 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason, including bets that are placed after an event has started in error, or bets that exploit a pricing error.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, event type and player account tier. VIP players may benefit from higher maximum stake limits.

7.3 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned, the match result is declared void by the governing body, a clear pricing error was present at the time of bet placement, or the event did not proceed under the conditions stated at the time of betting. Void bets are refunded to the player's account balance.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspension during key moments of an event, such as wickets falling in a cricket match or goals in football. Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided if the outcome of the relevant moment was already known at the time of placement.

7.5 Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

For Pakistan Super League and international cricket markets: match must complete a minimum of the required overs for the result to stand as per the relevant cricket playing conditions. If a match is shortened due to weather, revised target rules (such as DLS) apply and markets are settled accordingly. 8. Casino and Slots

ZD22 offers a library of over 1,200 games including video slots, progressive jackpot slots, live casino tables (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Andar Bahar) and virtual games. The following rules apply to all casino activity:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers. ZD22 is not responsible for technical interruptions originating from the provider's studio, but will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be completed automatically where possible. The result of any completed round stands regardless of the disconnection.
• Jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may change in real time. The jackpot amount at the precise moment of triggering is the amount awarded.
• Maximum payout limits apply per single game session. These limits are stated in the game's individual rules and may also be subject to account-level withdrawal limits.
• ZD22 does not guarantee that all games will be available at all times. Games may be removed, temporarily suspended or modified by the game provider without prior notice.

9. Player Conduct

ZD22 expects all players to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker or any other game where such collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that would constitute a financial crime under applicable law.
• Using the platform in a manner that disrupts the experience of other players or the operation of ZD22's services.
• Creating fake accounts, using stolen payment details, or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute a legitimate transaction made on the ZD22 platform.

ZD22 monitors player activity on an ongoing basis. If suspicious activity is detected, ZD22 may place a temporary hold on your account and request explanation and documentation before any further activity or withdrawals are permitted.

10. Privacy and Data

ZD22 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and fraud prevention systems as necessary to operate the platform and protect all players. ZD22 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data secure.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

ZD22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against ZD22.
• Detection of duplicate accounts.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where the closure is at the player's own request and there is no breach of Terms, the remaining balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements are assessed.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting ZD22 support. Accounts closed at the player's request can be reopened subject to a cooling-off period, except where the closure was due to a responsible gaming self-exclusion — in which case the exclusion period must be honoured in full.

12. Limitation of Liability

ZD22 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, or technical issues beyond ZD22's control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZD22's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time the cause of action arose. ZD22 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data arising from platform use.

ZD22 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, or hardware or software failures on the player's device.

13. Responsible Gaming

ZD22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Online gaming is intended as a form of entertainment for adults. It should not be used as a way to generate income or to recover financial losses.

ZD22 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the ZD22 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the exclusion period will be honoured without exception.

14. Changes to These Terms

When material changes are made, ZD22 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it remains the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the ZD22 platform after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account.
